The Utilities package includes (all gas and electric), Hot Water, 5G High Speed Internet, Xfinity cable, TV, with Netflix, Prime video, Paramount+, Apple+, etc. along with House Cleaning services twice a month. Also included is the use of all appliances including the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and outside gas grill. You have use of the fully furnished common areas ( kitchen, dining room, living room, patios, and family room). We show the house most evenings from PM and during the day on Mondays and Tuesdays..
