I am an outdoors kind of girl- LOVE hiking and being in the mountains, love biking, paddle boarding, camping, yoga, pretty much anything sports related. I love to travel, cook, and love trying restaurants from other cultures.

I live in a bathroom Townhome. The area is very quiet and close to the major freeways. miles from I- and the . The area is close to many grocery stores, shopping and eateries. I am looking to rent the spare bedroom. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom. The place also has a small private back yard, and an Atrium off the kitchen. There is also a community pool.

Rent includes: Electricity, Water, Internet Access, use of Washer/Dryer & common areas (kitchen, dining, living room, fireplace, etc.).

The bedroom can come with a single bed if you need it. There is also an Armoire, a desk and a reading chair currently in there.
