Room 1 available for move in - th October.
Room 2 available for move in - th November.

We would prefer working professionals as the referencing does require that.

Our flat is a short walk up to the top floor.

A small corner shop, wine bar and coffee shop 1 minute walk away and Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Tesco -minute walk away.

We share a cosy living space, bathroom, and kitchen. Bedrooms are situated upstairs.
The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and chest drawers. Our flat is a short walk to the top floor. Unfortunately, due to no lift being available, it is not disabled friendly.

Washer and dryer, oven, microwave and fridge and freezer provided in the house.

We are two young, friendly, bubbly working professionals who are laid back and fun. We are respectful and considerate of communal areas. We enjoy each other’s company and frequently like to sit together and explore places, watch films and cook together. Our ideal housemate would be somebody who shares that same values and would feel comfortable to join in!

We are very respectful of our cleaning routine and schedule and it is all shared out equally between the housemates.
