Hi there! We have a room for rent in Huntington Beach just two miles from the beach! The room available is on the first floor of a bedroom home. The room is ' with a full closet, attached bathroom, and a glass slider to the backyard. The home is fully furnished, the room is unfurnished. There is (limited) storage in the garage. Laundry is in-house, and utilities are included in the price listed. Pictures include first floor only.

My girlfriend and I are years old and love surfing, spearfishing, snowboarding, and camping. Our roommate is a year old male who loves climbing and camping. As a household of surfers and climbers, we're looking for applicants with an active lifestyle to become our 4th roommate. Friends and celebrations are always welcome, but we are not frequent or loud partiers. We keep a very clean living space and enjoy a minimalistic style. The room is available for one person only (no couples).
