I'll be in the office throughout the week, home mon-wed evening after the gym for some cooking, then generally out thu-sun. I'll have a friend over occasionally, and maybe some BBQs or dinner parties during summer. Not a drinking/party flat.

I like to keep a tidy house, so looking for someone house trained and mature, who will appreciate the lifestyle this place provides and take care of the house.

Lease will start as month to month until we decide to extend to longer fixed periods.
