Hello!

We have a room available with a shared living space. It is a townhome, all bedrooms are on the third floor. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor and then the main floor is an office space. A parking spot will be in included in the rent amount.

A few things about us and the space itself:

We are a married two-women household with a -month-old baby. Eligible roommate must be LGBTQ+ friendly and baby friendly, and we will only accept a female applicant.

We are both working professionals and work in and outside the home.

The townhouse is in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by parks. We are within walking distance of Starbucks, Walmart, Target, and the shopping center. We are also less than 5 minutes from the freeway and other main roads.

We keep a clean household and rotate chores for the shared living space. We are a sober household, absolutely no drinking/smoking/drugs. No pets either.
