Room in house

Description

It’s an unfurnished room in our home. (We do have a new queen blow up mattress if needed temporarily). You’ll have your own bathroom, however it’s not an ensuite. The room is right above the garage. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a sub division. There’s no carpet in the house. You’ll have access to the washer and dryer.

There’s a fenced in backyard, with a covered back deck, you’ll be able to use. We don’t have any pets. The living room space will be shared. The house is near grocery stores, gyms, and not far from KSU.

We’re flexible with the lease term especially for students, understanding you may need a twelve month lease.
