Room for Rent in New Townhome

Description

We have one bedroom available in our newly built -story end-unit townhome located in Denver. The rent is $/month, and the room comes furnished with a bedframe and lamp. If you prefer to bring your own furniture, we can remove the bedframe and lamp before your move-in.

You’ll share the bathroom with one other female tenant, featuring dual sinks and ample space for personal items. The house is predominantly female,
one is my girlfriend and the other is a female tenant. I’m the only male in the house, but I work night shifts and am rarely home. For this reason, we’re preferably looking for another female roommate.

The townhome offers a spacious living room, a large kitchen with a generous island, and garage parking for one car. Shared access to the kitchen, living room, washer, and dryer is included. The location is ideal, with a new park and playground across the street, and nearby access to restaurants, grocery stores, the airport, and local development. It’s an excellent option for flight attendants or those working at the children’s hospital.

Please note, we have two cats, but they primarily stay in our bedroom or occasionally in the living room. If interested, feel free to message me!
