We have a upstairs room in our square foot home, shared bathroom. We are laid back , friendly and sexual orientation indifferent. Live and let live. We respect and value each other's privacy and personal space. Generally, quite except from ish, nights a week when my husband plays drums, but he will take requests. I have 1 indoor cat. High speed internet and all bills included. Hundred-dollar cleaning fee that I'd gladly refund if the room is left move in ready.
