I’m looking for a roommate, ideally a student or young professional, to take over the remainder of my current roommate’s lease, with the possibility of renewing it together after March 8th, or finding a two-bedroom unit.

I’m offering the space as a studio. The kitchen and bathroom are shared but see minimal usage from me. I’m flexible about the space arrangement and considering buying furniture to make the space more comfortable.

You’re a friendly student or young professional in your early to mid-s who appreciates a calm living environment. You’re considerate and value open communication, as I believe it helps create a positive atmosphere. If you’re pet-friendly and up for taking Hazel out occasionally, that would be a wonderful bonus :)
