Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate(s) to take over my lease at Nord Garden Apartments in Chico, CA, less than a mile from CSU Chico. There are two rooms available, with a move-in date at the end of December or January. Rent is $
/month (utilities not included), and all utilities are split among the roommates. The current roommates are females.

The complex has great amenities, including a pool, gym, BBQ area, and it’s pet-friendly. I’m graduating and moving out, but I’ve loved living here—it’s cozy and a perfect spot for students!
