Furnished Room for Rent

Description

I am looking for a roommate for my house in Manor. It is a fully furnished home, and you would have a fully furnished room. It is just me and my two cats- there will be no other roommates.
I am open to other pets, but it might take some time for our animals to get used to each other.
There can be no smoking in the house, but vaping is okay.
It is a bath home, with square feet. I have converted one of the bedrooms into an office, which you will also have access to.
There is an alarm system for the house, a ring camera, and a camera in the kitchen area, all for safety.
Your bathroom is not private, but you will basically be the only one using it since I have my own bathroom attached to my room.
I would prefer a woman roommate, but I am open to men as well. I like to keep the house clean and tidy, and I don’t like messes.

I work downtown every day, and the drive is about minutes with no tolls.
A bit about me:
I am a year old female, who is career oriented. I work in the hospitality industry, and sometimes have to work weird hours. I am quiet, I don’t like to party, and don’t do drugs. I pretty much keep to myself, but I do enjoy spending time with others. I like to keep things pretty tidy and clean in the house.
