Description

The house is almost three thousand square feet nestled on two acres of land. There's ample parking. There's a washer and dryer that is free to use. One gig Internet and utilities are included in the rent. There's a pool. There's a working fireplace. There are four rooms for rent each with a private entrance. One room has a private bathroom which is priced slightly higher than the other rooms are furnished. Two are unfurnished. I can furnish a room upon request. There's no smoking in the house but the property is big enough for you to find a spot to smoke outside. Each room is only for one person to occupy.
