Hey everyone! I'm planning on leaving Nashville soon, so my room is going to be available for rent! The house has a big backyard, shared garage with a squat rack, and is near Shelby Park and Points. There are 3 other great guys that live here, but this room has its own bathroom and shower. The room is $ total - that price includes utilities and WiFi.

Couple of quick house rules:
No smoking or vaping in the house
No illegal drugs or weed
No girlfriends overnight
