Looking for a gal to take over my lease starting early November!

Lease goes until August with option to renew.

The room is in a huge bedroom house in edgewater a block from Sloan's lake. Front yard, large balcony, plenty of street parking and garage, plus lots of storage!

You would be living with 4 other awesome girls who are quiet, respectful and clean.

Rent is $ + utilities. Each room has its own bathroom as well 🙂 sadly, no pets allowed.
