Won’t be responsible for mowing/snow blowing. Can move in as early as November 1st, but am open for earlier or later if needed.

Looking for someone to rent out a room in this house in Fridley near Top Golf and Target. My brother would be the only other one living there with you (the other 2 bedrooms will be empty, although one of them is setup for an office currently).

You will have your own full bathroom (bath and shower) right outside the bedroom on the main level. There is both a living room upstairs and downstairs so you are able to have your own space to relax if needed, but are welcome to utilize both! Newly remodeled kitchen.

Detached garage so you will be able to park inside. Backyard with deck and plenty of yard space.
