Hi! I am moving out of Lexington for work. I am looking to sublease my room in a bathroom house! Looking for someone to move in October. The house is about 2 miles from UK in a quiet gardenside neighborhood near Picadome golf course. The house is fully remodeled and fully furnished with a huge backyard! The room will also be fully furnished and you will be sharing a bathroom with one roommate (she is and currently working at UK). The other roommate is a years old girl finishing her masters at UK. We have a cleaning lady that comes every month! Females only and NO pets. Rent is $ plus utilities split amongst roommates. Message me if interested!
