Looking for a person to take over my sublease! Kitchen is very nice, has all the essentials. Will have own bathroom, and a very nice room. House is already furnished, $ covers rent, including utilities. Garage space available. Located in a very nice quiet neighborhood in Eagan, close to all major stores such as Hyvee, Aldi, Target, Walmart, Costco, etc. Only min from downtown St Paul. Need a credit score and a clear background for application. The girl who lives there is hardly home as she works a lot. She is very sweet and fun to be around. Definitely makes you feel included and welcome. Pet friendly for an additional fee. Room can be furnished or not :) if you would like additional photos let me know! Only reason I’m leaving is to get closer to family. Thanks! Lease is until June . I would prefer to be out before November 1st. I paid for October already so if you decide to move in before November it’s already paid for.
