Shared Master Bedroom near UCR

I’m a UCR student looking for a roommate for shared master bedroom in Riverside, CA. Needed for Oct‘ (all-male house). Move-in is available ASAP (aka before Oct 1) if needed.

Rent is $ a month, utils not included. No deposit required.

House has everything you’d need. On- laundry, multiple fridges and freezers, heating/AC, etc… Walking distance from campus, about a minute walk from the bell tower to the front door. Garage is full of club equipment, so driveway parking only. No pets.

All current tenants are UCR students, so we’re looking for someone closer to our age (early s). We are all a little nerdy (i.e. we watch anime and play games) so if you’re also into those, that’s a plus. We are all pretty clean, we don’t leave food out or unwashed dishes, etc. Neighborhood is quiet as well. Move in available ASAP. Queen size mattress and desk from previous tenant available if wanted.
