Furnished Room Available

Description

I have a room in my condo available for immediate move in. The condo is completely furnished. There is no room available for storage other than your room. Storage available under the queen size bed. Wi-Fi is provided.

This condo is less than 10 minutes from North Shore, Downtown, and Signal Mountain. There is hiking and biking trails close by. Gas, grocery and department stores are walking distance away.

I'm clean, quiet, and I stay busy, so I'm not here all the time. There's too many outdoor activities here to be stuck indoors.

You have to go through a application process through Signal View Condominiums. The cost to process it is $70. If you pass the process, I will take the $70 off your first month rent. You have to go through a background check and credit check. You can't have any evictions, and you have to have good rental history. We can talk more about this process if you're interested in the room.
