Private room for rent in a cute duplex with two other roommates. House has garage and yard as well as a washer and dryer. Updated and well kept. Mother and daughter are current tenants and open and accepting people. We would prefer a female roommate but are open to considering options if it’s a good fit. Pets are welcome. No restrictions on breed. Landlord requires a credit score. Rent does not include utilities. Deposit required in the amount of
