Hi everyone I am looking for someone to take over my lease in Fort Collins starting soon as possible. I’m moving to Denver with my boyfriend. My cousin would be your new roommate. This is a great bath condo near Drake and Shields. Included washer and dryer in unit and all kitchen appliances room for one more car in the garage. I will send updated pictures later. The place is fully furnished and the bedroom you would be taking has a dresser and a bed. Cannot take any more pets per the lease and must love dogs. Looking for open minded LGBTQ and friendly. My cousin has severe ADHD so looking for someone that can handle or match that vibe. She would like to get to know you first to assure compatibility. Your portion of the rent would be $ plus a portion of internet, electric, and gas which should be around an extra $ a month. Kevco has been great to us so far and my favorite part of this unit is the side and front porch, perfect for potted plants. Reach out if you are interested!
