Looking for roommate

Description

I have a bath lease on an apartment about minutes south-west from the center of downtown, located off of S Park Street. The apartment is new (around ) and has nice amenities, as well as water, sewer, trash, and internet included in rent. There are free parking options around the building and heated garage parking available as well. I'm looking for around $/month to cover the other portion of rent and someone who likes to stay relatively clean. I'm hoping to fill the spot by October, but it's available any time starting now.
