Home is new construction and owner occupied. We did AirBNB at our old home as well as at our new house but our HOA at the new house made us shut down. Having done Air BNB for 7 years with star feedback we know a thing or two about hosting guests and cohabitating with roommates. We have 2 rooms available but will only be taking on 1 roommate.
