room in worcester *updated *

Description

in search of roommate in single family 4br house in tatnuck square area in worcester. we're on a quiet street passed the airport. the house is kept pretty clean. roommates all respect each other and our spaces. house includes laundry, driveway parking, fenced in backyard and additional storage available if needed. pets okay (we have cats currently). we're in our late twenties/early thirties. smoking/drinking is okay. must clean up after yourself and respect common areas. we're all fairly quiet but have people over here and there, nothing crazy. we have different work schedules so the house never feels crowded. utilities range depending on season, but usually on the lower end. asking first month and half the rent for security deposit but can be negotiated. ***update*** i was waiting for our roommate to move out. this will be available in mid november the earliest so we can clean!
