Private Bed & Bath (No Deposit)

Description

I work as a Marketing Representative for a brand new town home community (still being built) and have lived on for a year. Since I work for the company, deposits would be waived, but a background and credit check would still need to be run. Need to be ok with Cats, as I have three.

Entire living room and kitchen are furnished, including a couch and TV downstairs. Roomate will be leaving on September th and was very clean.

Townhomes are two stories, spacious, and right off of and route , just a few mins from Walmart, Publics, and Neighboring towns. It's about a min drive to the Casino and not a terrible commute to Wesley Chapel or even Tampa.

If you work from home, there is also a section on the section story where a desk could be placed. You'd get your own bathroom with a shower tub, so plenty of privacy. No pool, but there is a basketball court.
