bath downstairs next to downstairs room space. Liable and steady source of income as well as your own source of transportation. Must be willing to undergo background check. Non-smokers & No pets please. Looking for a responsible female roommate to live in my home with myself and my 3 children. Home is located in a very desirable and family oriented neighborhood community. I’m a busy single mother of 3. I work full time and my children are all school aged and we have afterschool activities throughout the work week and are out and about most weekends.
