Looking for a single roommate

Description

My wife and I have a room for rent in a bath house. The rent price listed includes the bedroom, utilities, PG&E, garbage, water, sewer, gardener, and WiFi. It is located in the beautiful Clovis area. There is also a den so we consider it a bonus living room and the extra bedroom is an office that anybody can use for studying. Looking for Grad students or young professionals. The garage is available for parking and the house is fully furnished besides the bedroom. We are renters and would like to meet with you before sending the application to our landlord.
