Hello everyone, I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a two bedroom apartment with a shared bathroom. Available from September to May . Girls preferred. The price is $ per month + internet included, utilities not included but range from $ for each. To transfer the room, you will have to pay a fee of $ to sublet the room. The apartment is minutes from the TAMU campus, there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment and a very quiet environment. In the condominium we have a laundry room, in the apartment we have a that we fill up and we can use the washer and dryer. We do not accept animals!
