Our unique house has lots of cool spaces to hang out, including a sound proof bonus room in the backyard that has a rooftop lounge with a city view, game/movie room, home bar, workshop station, live music corner, weather protected patio furniture, cool lighting, and more projects on the way like a sauna/BBQ nook, climbing wall, home gym, rooftop glamping tent, and maybe even a quail coop! Our house has been renovated with a full modern kitchen, bathrooms, washer & dryer, tile/hardwood, and a 4 car driveway! We’re looking for people that are also familiar with SF, have active/creative hobbies, social life, and stable job, who are good housemates and are excited to use the space to the fullest and join for fun things like snow trips and spikeball, etc.
