Hello! My name is Laticia. I'm looking for a female roommate to fill one of our bedrooms in a bathroom house. You will be sharing a bathroom with me. We are requiring a $ refundable deposit. The rent will be $ including utilities.

I currently live with my brother () and his girlfriend (). We have 2 cats. NO additional pets allowed.

You will have full access to the entire house including the living room, kitchen, pool, washer and dryer. We are looking for someone to move in immediately.
