Hello! 🙂

My partner and I are looking for a roommate for our house’s upstairs area. Would prefer someone who is part of the LGBTQIA+ community 🏳️‍🌈, or at least an ally, if you’re conservative we are NOT going to be the right fit 😅

There is a bedroom, bathroom, and a personal living area that’s fairly spacious (see photos) and of course, access to the shared downstairs kitchen and laundry, as well as our home gym. Looking to charge one thousand for rent (plus utilities) but there is some wiggle room on the price for the right fit.

We’re located in pflugerville, about thirty min from downtown, twenty min from domain, twenty min from mueller and ten
min from the nearest H-E-B.

The room is partially furnished with a queen bed and old desk, feel free to use them if you would like to.

Home gym has a weight machine, treadmill, some hand weights, a vibration platform, and an exercise bike (but fair warning the bike isn’t the best lol).

Non-smokers and no drugs please.

Preferably someone with no pets since we already have 4 in the house 😅 dogs (but we can probably make it work if it’s just one pet).

Looking to have someone move in sooner than later, preferably within the next months.

A little about us: I’m a nerd, into board games, DnD, and good food. My partner is also a foodie, he likes video games, skateboarding and guitar.
