Bedroom/bath in shared home,

Description

I have a spare room with walk in closet for rent in my home in Gilbert. Shared common areas include kitchen, two living spaces, and laundry room. House also has seating areas out front and back with a pool that you’d have access to. Your bathroom is not connected to the bedroom, however, you’d be the only person using it. New solid-core door and keyed entry. I am pretty quiet- I work weekdays. I do have a cat and small dog. They keep to themselves.
