Description

Will have your own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Room will be cleared out once we find the right person. WiFi and utilities included. Street
parking, must be good with dog and cats. Will be required to pass a background check and go over the house rules and minimum of 6 month lease, that can turn into longer if both parties agree or want. First months rent and deposit of $ required when you move in. As long as nothing damaged or requires a lot of cleaning or money to clean you will get $ of your deposit back when you move out.
