Nice room in central Phoenix min from downtown, lots of stores and restaurants in the area. Close to the light rail and bus stop. The house is recently renovated with brand new carpet and a clean new bathrooms. Room will have its own bathroom. Shared spaces are living room, kitchen, and laundry room. House is non-smoking but can smoke outside on the patio. My wife and I are easygoing and friendly. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and friendly.
