Looking for mid-October / November

Hoping to find someone to take the other large bedroom in my 3-bed unit. The apartment is both the second and third floor, with the second floor being the common area with one small bedroom that my son uses when he's with me. The third floor has two large bedrooms. Main areas are fully furnished. The open room does have a twin xl bed in it right now that has never been used. You're welcome to it, or I can get it out of the way. Laundry is in the bathroom. Parking is tandem so we would need to coordinate.Rent is $, but utilities are in my name and are between $ every month, so asking $ to make it as fair of a split as possible.While I am looking for a roommate, my landlord will be doing background and credit check and will have the final say
