Single family home , in a very safe and quiet neighborhood renting bedroom, furnished, bed with new mattress, nightstand, lamp and dresser closet (refer to pictures), renter will share the bathroom with one person. Room has beautiful view to the front of the home. Rent include Internet and utilities. A minimum to twelve months commitment. Required first, and last months and security deposit (half of a month) to move in. Person (only one) interested must have job/proof of income and no criminal background. Must pass a background check. Person, will maintain the living space and common areas neat and clean, must be clean responsible, respectful, not messy individuals, no smoking or drug user, no one allowed over, & no loud noises. Professional adult preferably. Parking spot is available. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, located walking distance from many commercial places, and minutes from Interstate and Turnpike.
