Room in Oceanside for rent

Hello, we’re Garrett and Trevor, a couple looking to rent out an extra room in our and a half bath house. The available room is approximately feet and is attached to a Jack-and-Jill styled bathroom that would be private-use. Shared living spaces include living room, kitchen, foyer, laundry room (on same floor as bedrooms), and a private backyard with a grill! There is ample street parking in the quiet neighborhood. The home is in the San Luis Rey district of Oceanside in the Mission Wells neighborhood. The neighborhood has a community pool and jacuzzi that the renter would have access to! There is easy access to the Hwy and it’s only a fifteen minute drive to the Oceanside pier. We’re hoping to find someone (no couples, no kids, no pets) to start renting as early as August. Looking for one-month’s rent as deposit, utilities to be split evenly amongst the three of us.
