Kitchen is accessible but clean up after yourselves, must leave no dirty dishes. Have lots of parking space $ is the deposit, and $ is the monthly rent, utilities are included in the rent but not the cable. Looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean and professional and respectful to others whom they sharing place with.
Before signing the lease must do background and credit check.
