Hello! I have 2 rooms available for rent with a shared bathroom in Homestead,FL. They will be opening up in October. I do prefer females due to cleanliness and past experiences but open to all. There is a small dog living in the house with me as well. I am looking for mature and respectful individuals. I do charge two months up front to move in.
