I am looking for a quiet, respectful, and responsible housemate to share this affordable bath rowhome, about blocks from Patterson Park, starting January 1st (but earlier move-in possible!) for a 1 year (negotiable) lease. I have the smaller back bedroom and the bathroom is shared on that floor. However, there is a full finished bathroom in the basement as well, which is semi-finished (currently with a work-out space, laundry/storage), so bathroom sharing/getting ready has never been an issue. About me: I'm an Adult Ed teacher and teach half the week outside of the home but also teach a few remote courses at home as well.
