Hi! I’m a professional musician and music teacher at New York City Guitar School. I teach virtual lessons from home 2 days a week but my setup is all through headphones so it’s quiet and won’t be disturbing to the rest of the apt. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs. I’ve been completely sober for 2 years. I’m clean, friendly, honest, communicative and pay bills/rent on time. Happy to contribute to household chores etc. I lived in NY for years until when I moved back to Michigan to spend some quality time with my family. I’m now returning to the city and looking for a new place to call home :)
