Tenant Offers $650 Bonus - Relet

Description

$650 relet bonus for a private bedroom and private bathroom at Raiders Pass near Texas Tech in a furnished 2B/2B. Rent is $509 per installment plus utilities, and the lease runs through July 31, 2027. This is a formal relet through the Raiders Pass office, not an informal sublease. You apply, sign and pay the office directly. Movein timing is confirmed by the office after approval. We will pay you the $650 bonus ourselves after Raiders Pass confirms our release from the lease in writing. The bonus is from us, not Raiders Pass. Please message with your desired movein date and whether you have already applied at Raiders Pass.
