New Listing

Description

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for a furnished private bedroom in a women-only shared house in Jersey City. Rent is $900/month, including utilities. The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, nightstand and storage space. You'll share the kitchen, bathroom and common areas with other women. There is laundry in-unit. I'm hoping to find someone who can move in as soon as possible, with a takeover date no later than January 30, 2027. The arrangement is subject to landlord approval. We're looking for a responsible, considerate roommate who respects shared spaces, keeps common areas clean, is mindful of noise and communicates well with housemates. Please message me if you're interested or would like more details!
