I’m looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to share my spacious home in Aurora. The available space is a large private room in the basement, offering plenty of room to make it your own. The home is in a great, convenient location with easy access to I-225 and Parker Road, making commuting around the area simple. We would share the common dining area and kitchen, and there is one parking space available in the driveway. The home is comfortable and peaceful, and I’m looking for someone who appreciates a clean, relaxed environment and is respectful of each other’s space and privacy. I live here with my lovable 10-year-old Husky mix, who has a very sweet, low-key temperament and gets along with everyone. 🐾 I’m pretty easygoing and enjoy having a peaceful home. We can be friendly and comfortable sharing the space, but I also value giving each other privacy and doing our own thing. I’m hoping to find someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and looking for a comfortable place to call home.
