Security Deposit: $500 Hi! I am looking for a hard working professional or student in need of a safe, quiet and clean space to live. One bedroom with a shared bathroom in a highly desired neighborhood in Camarillo. About the Space & Living Arrangement:
You will be sharing the home with myself (active duty that has been stationed here for 10+ years, with that being said I leave a lot for training and deployments for months at a time.) 2 other working professionals who also travel for work and have a very consistent 9-5 schedule, and a small Maltese that keeps to herself. The Room: A private bedroom with closet cut outs and storage. Garage can also be used to store excess items! Shared Areas: We will share the kitchen, living area, and the single bathroom. For the most part everyone leaves on the weekends. Household Vibes: We keep things peaceful and organized. We observe quiet hours during the week (Sunday–Thursday, [e.g., 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM]) to ensure a good night's sleep for routine and school. What I am Looking For:
A working professional that is clean and courteous to the others in the house. Must be dog friendly (Koko will greet you at the door, no other pets allowed). The ages of the residents range from 25-31 so please if you don’t fit the demographic please don’t message me. If you are not clean don’t bother messaging either we don’t have time to clean up after you. Bonus Perks Included: In-unit washer and dryer / On- laundry.
