Lease takover! 1 roomate already!

Description

I transferred colleges so I need someone to take over my lease. Lease started in August 2026 and is 12 months. One room is taken by my roommate. She is a KSU engineering student i've been friends with for awhile, and I can vouch for them. Total rent is $1425/month, half is already being paid by my roommate. Either 1 person to take over my half of the lease for $712.50 a month or 2 people for less that can be worked out between the three people. The apartment has a garage, and is very close to the KSU campus, about a 10 min walk. No pets.
