Apartment room for rent!

Description

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a roommate for a room in Glennside, PA. I have lived here for over two years, and my roommate is moving in with her boyfriend so I now have a spot open. The room has its own private bathroom, and the kitchen and living room would be shared. There’s also laundry in the apartment, a parking lot, and a private pool on the property. Rent would be roughly $1,100/month, which includes rent, most utilities, renters insurance, internet, and electric (electric cost varies).
The move-in date is flexible and can be discussed. MUST SIGN LEASE UNTIL AT LEAST OCTOBER 2027 A few other things:
No pets
No smoking
Background check required
$50 application fee I’d prefer a female roommate around 20–30, but I’m open to a male roommate as well. If you’re interested or know someone who might be, just message me and I can send more information/pictures!
