Sublease! immediate move in!

I’m subleasing my bedroom in a 2x2 at Gainesville place apartments. My roommate is super sweet. I’m in desperate need of moving out due to some unforeseen circumstances. It would be from August 2026 to July 2027 is the sublease and if you like it then you can continue release from there. You can move in as soon as today!! There is a bus that takes you directly to UF and back that runs all the way until 10 PM. It’s only a 15 min drive to Santa Fe You have your own bedroom and bathroom within your bedroom full access to multiple amenities such as a pool 24 hour gym volleyball soccer basketball. Rent is 921+ utilities so it usually comes out to about a grand. It comes fully furnished as well. Please let me know if you’re interested. First month is paid!
