Room for Sublease

Description

[REDACTED] am subleasing my room beginning July 28th. The room is upstairs with its own bathroom, a tub-style shower and walk-in closet. Rent is $390 a month plus gas and electric. There will also be a $150 sublease fee at the time of movie in. No pets please. Subleaser must like/love cats.
The apartment has central AC, an in-unit washer and dryer, and dishwasher. There's also a back porch, access to a 24 hour gym and dedicated parking. The complex is about a 20 minute walk to campus and I live with 3 other girls who are also in their mid 20s. Message me if you're interested or have any questions!
